Job summary

Bass Pro Outdoor World is seeking a Night General Maintenance/Duty Engineer to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across our properties. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems while ensuring guest-ready facilities and safety compliance.

You will respond to maintenance requests, conduct preventive maintenance, and document inspections and repairs. The role requires communication with guests and teams, and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, building engineering, or a related technical field.
• Valid Missouri License "E" or Arkansas License "D" with "P" endorsement.
• HVAC, EPA Section 608, electrical, plumbing, or related trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly.
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify safety concerns and needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and perform repairs within scope of training.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
