Job summary

CSI International Inc in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Part-Time Night General Cleaner to maintain a clean facility during the evenings. You will perform general cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, stocking restrooms, and emptying trash.

You may lock doors and arm alarms, working independently or with a team as needed. An ideal candidate has time management skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate issues promptly to supervision.

Qualifications

• Time management and reliability are essential.
• Able to communicate issues quickly to supervisors.
• Able to work safely with cleaning products.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
