Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable night cleaner for our New York facilities. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain a pristine building during evening hours, including locking doors and potentially arming alarms.

Prior cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning products are preferred. Shifts run Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role emphasizes independence, adherence to safety, and respect for a diverse workplace, with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with cleaning products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks timely with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
