The ideal candidate works independently, communicates effectively, and can manage time for multiple tasks. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the U.S., and be comfortable handling

Qualifications

• Must have time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work nights and in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass E-Verify.
• Experience with cleaning products and basic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
