Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Expeditor in Sparks, NV to coordinate and distribute daily workflow within the warehouse. Schedule is 7:00pm-5:30am Sunday-Wednesday, with a pay of $20.00/hr plus a $2.00 shift differential.

The role focuses on efficiently assigning tasks, monitoring restock, and meeting daily production targets. The candidate will monitor processing times, communicate with leadership, train staff on guidelines and safety, and support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years prior warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity.
• Ability to work with a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers.
• Confidentiality and discretion; multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor volume of restock and number of orders to efficiently assign tasks to warehouse employees.
• Understand internal processing schedules and estimate time to complete the job.
• Communicate daily with leadership and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Train and coach employees on production guidelines, techniques and safety.
• Interact with other business units to achieve goals.
• Adapt and change priorities easily; manage multiple tasks/projects.
