Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Sterling Heights is looking for an Emergency Room Technician Assistant. In this role, you'll assist with patient care and clinical procedures while working under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or Provider.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with preferred experience in an Emergency Department. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with procedures, and ensuring excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Assist with patient care under the supervision of a nurse or Provider.
• Previous experience in the Emergency Department or as a Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and treatments.
• Recognize and report abnormal vital signs.
• Document all patient care performed.
