Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital site on the Full-Time Nights schedule (36 hours, 7pm–7am) at 789 Central Avenue. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $38.71–$67.87, based on experience.

You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience
• Academic degree in nursing as stated in qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret medical plans and assess patients
• Administer medications and monitor reactions
• Record vital signs and update patient records
• Coordinate with health care team to plan and evaluate care
