Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am). The role includes medication administration, patient assessment, and coordination with the care team to implement care plans. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time and part-time positions. Salary is based on experience, with base pay range listed.

Job Summary

$5,000 Sign on Bonus Available for Full time and Part time positions. (Per diem positions NOT eligible. Current WDH RN's NOT eligible) *

Salary Range: $38.71-$67.87. Pay is based on experience.

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Experience

• Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
• Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
