Job summary
Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift (7pm–7am) on a 36-hour weekly schedule to join the Mass General Brigham system. Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- RN license in state and BLS certification required.
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Modify patient treatment plans based on patients' responses to treatment and changes in their conditions.
