Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an End-of-Line Inspector to act as the final quality gate for finished windows and doors. The role ensures products meet CTQ criteria and company specifications, documenting results and supporting operations with real-time feedback.

Schedules are Sunday through Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM, with a Monday-Friday 6 AM-6 PM note for additional info. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, and vision starting day one, plus paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of Production Associate or Quality Technician experience within Cornerstone Building Brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed final inspections using standardized tools, gauges, lighting, and CTQ criteria.
• Conduct front and rear product reviews using approved setups (V-rack, backlighting, 160+ FtC lighting).
• Stamp approved products with inspector ID for traceability.
• Accurately document findings in designated digital or paper systems.
• Identify, classify, and communicate defects to operations for correction.
• Prevent release of nonconforming products to customers.
