Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an End of Line Inspector (EOL) in California to conduct inspections of finished goods and in-process materials, document findings, and support timely resolutions with production and quality teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate work-related information in English.
• Ability to read and use measuring devices such as tape measures, micrometers, and protractors.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of finished goods, in-process materials, packaged items, and shipments.
• Monitor, inspect, document, and report quality findings.
• Prepare clear inspection reports and quality control summaries.
• Perform product testing using inspection tools and gauges.
• Complete first article inspections and quality reports.
• Inspect incoming raw materials per plans and maintain records.
• Perform start-up and changeover audits for spec compliance.
• Document, track, and assist in resolving nonconforming material.
• Conduct basic root cause analysis and support corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records and verify tool calibration.
• Support internal and external quality audits as needed.
• Communicate quality issues and actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous improvement practices in the work area.
• Temporary production line support as needed within safety guidelines.
