Associated Materials Innovations is hiring an End of Line (EOL) Inspector in Kinston to perform final inspections of finished goods and verify product specifications. You will use gauges, test stands, and checklists to detect defects and ensure packaging readiness.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow SOPs. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and lift weights as part of the job, with a focus on safety and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including SOPs.
• Basic computer skills for logging inspection data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and functional inspections of finished products for defects, damage, or quality non-conformance.
• Use inspection tools and equipment (e.g., gauges, test stands, checklists) to verify product specifications.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation before release.
• Accurately record inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
• Communicate quality concerns to team leads, supervisors, or quality assurance staff promptly.
• Collaborate with production team members to prevent recurring issues and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inspection and work areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
