Concentra is seeking a Night Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our patient care team in Des Moines, IA. You will provide emergency medical and trauma care, perform triage, and deliver urgent care in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a welcoming patient experience.

The role requires Nationally Registered EMT or Advanced EMT, CPR/First Aid, and state credentialing compliance. Expect responsibilities including vital signs, phlebotomy support, and collaborative care with clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Certification as Nationally Registered EMT or Advanced EMT.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is required.
• Must meet state EMS credentialing requirements.
• OSHA safety certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical and trauma care in various settings following established protocols.
• Triage patients and deliver urgent care with one-on-one attention.
• Administer medications and DME as ordered within state regulations.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and clinic area to ensure readiness.
• Communicate with treatment facility staff for patient handoffs.
