Virtua Health is seeking an EEG Technologist for night 12-hour shifts in Camden. You will perform routine, sleep-deprived, and long-term EEG studies for adults to geriatric patients, while acting as system administrator for digital EEG and long-term monitoring platforms.

Requirements include 1 year of adult EEG experience, knowledge of digital EEG systems, ABRET pathway eligibility, and BLS. Per diem schedule applies, on-site at Lourdes Health System location.

Formación

• One year adult clinical EEG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of digital EEG systems preferred (ABRET pathways).
• ABRET registry examination under at least one current pathway recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various EEG studies (Routine, Sleep Deprived, LTM EEG).
• Maintains digital EEG and long-term monitoring systems.
• Clips long-term monitoring studies to reduce server space.
• Obtains patient history from medical record and documents in the EEG system.
• Ensures patient orders and charges are correct and appropriate.
