Job summary

CHA Cambridge Hospital is seeking an Emergency Department RN to join a busy, 24-hour ED. You will provide high-quality nursing care to acute patients and their families, assess needs, and document care according to Cambridge Health Alliance standards.

The role requires strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. The position features night shifts (7p–7a), a 36-hour week, and opportunities for up to $20,000 in bonuses for experienced ED RNs.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• MA RN license required.
• 1-2 years of Emergency RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Basic computer EMR proficiency required.
• All newly hired candidates must successfully complete a job specific physical agility exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to acute patients and their families according to CHA standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care in a professional manner.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
