Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing is seeking a Dock Worker / Loader for night shifts in our busy Midwest warehouse. You will load pallets and boxes onto trailers, ensuring correct order and secure loads for transport, with rotating duties across Dry, Cooler, and Frozen areas.

Earn a $750 Night Shift Hiring Bonus, plus staged increases after 3, 6, and 12 months. The role requires lifting up to 65 lbs, reverse-loading for routes, and attention to detail to prevent wilted products and misloads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Trailer loading/unloading experience preferred.
• Pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review load sheets and prepare pallets for night shipments.
• Arrange pallets by route and secure loads to prevent shifting.
• Load trailers in reverse order for deliveries.
• Inspect temperature tubes and confirm correct product temps.
• Document load with photos and notify driver when complete.
• Operate pallet jack as needed.
