Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs regularly.
• Experience with pallet jacks and warehouse loading processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review load sheets to determine items for the truck.
• Plan and arrange pallets and boxes for night shifts by route order.
• Load products onto trailers using a pallet map and correct sequence.
• Place pallets so delivery #1 is near back doors for driver access.
• Stack/load items securely to prevent shifting during transport.
• Ensure correct product placement relative to bulkhead (frozen/dry).
• Perform final load checks and scan temperature tubes for correct temps.
• Take load photos and inform the driver when loading is complete.
