Responsibilities

  • Complete attendance trackers and verify that drivers are using Omnitracs properly.
  • Escalate issues to managers and sales force when service problems occur.

Complete attendance trackers and verify that drivers are using Omnitracs properly.Ensure that customer’s needs are being met in a prompt and professional manner and escalate issues (late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force.
