US Foods is seeking a Coordinator, Operations to support distribution center operations from a desk-based role in Utah. You will prepare forms, process reports, and assist warehouse leadership with data entry and response to inquiries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with the possibility of occasional work in warehouse spaces.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of clerical experience.
  • Effective communication both verbally and in writing; strong telephone/customer service skills.
  • Analytical, math and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.

  • Collect and input data on operations metrics for performance tracking.
  • Create basic charts, graphs, and spreadsheets for manager review.

PLEASE APPLY DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR INTERNAL WORKDAY CAREER SITEJoin Our Community of Food People!BASIC PURPOSEThe Coordinator, Operations will enable distribution center operations by performing general office activities, responding to various inquiries, and directly supporting warehouse and transportation leadership as necessary.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure optimal warehouse and transportation operations by preparing and processing routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound documents, discrepancy reports, stock and damage claims, time sheets, requisitions, DVIR’s, shipping labels, backhaul spreadsheets, delivery window dispatch, driver key log, transportation route update, etc.) following standard procedures.Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.
