Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Nights) to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes helping with self-care, recreational activities, job supports, and community inclusion in a night-shift schedule.

Typical hours are Thursday 1am–7am and Thursday–Saturday 7pm–7am, with possible overtime on weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license and CPR training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years.
• Must have a valid driver's license to transport clients as needed.
• Current CPR training and successful background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreation, and community inclusion.
• May transport clients to appointments as needed and act as a job advocate.
• Assist with feeding and personal hygiene as required; duties discussed with employer.
