Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services in Mississippi seeks a Direct Support Professional (Nights) to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with self-care, activities, and community inclusion.

Requirements: HS diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience, valid driver's license, CPR, and successful background/drug checks. Optional overtime shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in last three years.
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license to transport clients as needed.
• Must have current CPR training and pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• May transport clients to appointments as needed or assist as a job advocate.
• Assist with feeding and hygiene as required; duties discussed with employer.
