Qualifications

• ASE certification or enrollment preferred for heavy/medium trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle components and systems for the Service Department.
• Perform unsupervised work on major repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Complete routine maintenance and major repairs within specified times.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and for warranty claims.
• Road test vehicles to evaluate repairs and identify further actions.
