TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Night shift Data Entry Clerk to support site operations with accurate data entry, meticulous record keeping and responsive customer service for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include entering data into internal and external portals, generating reports, maintaining charts, balancing entries, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and health and safety policies while assisting with clerical duties and audits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of data entry experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry software.

Responsibilities

• Provide paper and/or electronic data reports upon request.
• Data entry into internal and external customer portal.
• Follow up to obtain required documentation.
• Provide reports as requested.
• Verify defects identified by inspectors.
• Collect and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records.
• Create and maintain charts and graphs.
• Demonstrate commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents.
• Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Perform administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties.
• Obtain signatures as needed.
• Escalate issues as needed.
• Electronically store all required job documents including data, charts, imaging.
• If required, perform audits on all electronic job files to ensure the required documents have been stored.
