The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy and 10-key experience.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter donor, payment, and account data into internal systems accurately.
• Update contact details like addresses, phone numbers, and emails.
• Identify documents needing correction or follow-up.
• Follow batch workflows to ensure correct sequencing and tracking.
• Maintain daily piece counts and report totals to supervisor.
• Meet productivity standards while maintaining quality.
• Work overtime and occasional Saturdays during peak volume.
• Sit at workstation most of the time and lift up to 10 lbs.
