Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Cutter Operator for the night shift to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and run a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality from start to finish.

The position offers $22.00/hour plus a $3.00/hour shift differential, with rotating 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. On‑the‑job training, advancement opportunities, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications.
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process.

• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals.
