Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Cutter Operator for day shift. You will set up and operate a label-cutting machine based on customer specifications and help ensure quality throughout the production cycle.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, a starting wage of $22.00/hour, rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology

• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
