Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member - Day Shift to operate a label-cutting machine, ensure product quality, and support production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing or related work.
• Motivated with a positive attitude and team orientation.
• Willingness to learn new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the label-cutting machine per customer specs.
• Monitor quality of finished products throughout production.
• Cross-train in other production roles as needed.
• Perform QA checks and raise concerns when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with the team.
• Contribute to achieving production and company goals.
