GRBS Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is hiring a Custodian Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This full-time role is located at Battle Creek Public Schools with a 4:00pm–12:30am schedule, 40 hours weekly, and a $19.00/hour pay rate. You will lead a cleaning crew, ensure building security, and communicate with clients daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID and leadership experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, dependability and self-motivation.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Clean the building to map/specs and secure the building.
• Communicate with the customers and supervise team members.
• Train, lead, manage, and hold team members accountable.
• Lead with integrity and humility and serve the team.
• Perform nightly perimeter door checks.
