GRBS Inc. in Battle Creek, MI is hiring a Custodian Supervisor for the 2nd shift. This full-time role is located at Battle Creek Public Schools with a 4:00pm–12:30am schedule, 40 hours weekly, and a $19.00/hour pay rate. You will lead a cleaning crew, ensure building security, and communicate with clients daily.

When and Where is the job located:

We have the following full-time custodial supervisor opportunity available in Battle Creek Public Schools:

• Monday-Friday
• 1 scheduled weekend a month
• 4:00pm - 12:30am
• 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Supervisor Core Responsibilities

• Clean the building to map/specs and secure the building
• Communicate with the customers
• Train, lead, manage, and hold team members accountable
• Lead with integrity and humility
• Serve the team members
• Nightly perimeter door checks

What does this job look like:

We serve our public school customers by completing the following tasks:

• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• As well as other cleaning task as assigned
