Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Regulates HVAC for seasonally appropriate temperatures and efficiency.
• Ensures exit doors and panic hardware work during occupancy.
• Maintains lunchroom and cleans floors, disinfects tables.
• Cleans classrooms, corridors, and sanitary fixtures daily.
• Washes windows twice a year.
• Maintains inventory and coordinates supplies with principal.
• Performs summer cleanup and minor repairs as needed.
• Remains on site during school hours and after hours as required.
