Job summary

Join Delaware Schools Consortium is seeking a Night Custodian for Talley Middle School and Administration Office. The role performs custodial duties to keep buildings clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, classrooms, cafeterias, and restrooms; trash removal; snow removal assistance; and ensuring daily maintenance. A High School Diploma and ability to read/write are required; prior custodian experience preferred; must obtain the 0-60

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to read and write; neat appearance; able to get along with adults and students.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, walls, bathrooms, and surfaces; dust and mop as needed.
• Maintain classrooms, offices, and open spaces daily.
• In cafeteria areas: clean and mop floors, empty trash, and mop spills.
• Grass cutting when necessary; assist in snow removal.
• Other related duties as assigned by Building Chief or Night-Lead.
