Job summary

Paycom in Fresno, CA is seeking a dependable Night Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety of our facility. This part-time role requires the swing shift and a strong attention to detail to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, washing windows, and cleaning breakrooms.

Qualifications

• 1-year previous maintenance, janitorial, or custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of infection control practices and sanitary environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing.
• Willingness to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpeted areas.
• Sweep and mop all hard floors.
• Dust surfaces, desks, counters, and windowsills.
• Empty and dispose of trash per guidelines.
• Clean bathrooms (toilets, floors, counters) and replenish supplies.
• Clean building windows, inside and outside.
• Clean breakrooms and kitchen surfaces.
• Report safety or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Perform other facility tasks as needed.
