Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Class D Driver's License with good driving record.

• Ability to perform minor maintenance and follow directions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students and the public.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming, bathrooms, classrooms and common areas.
• Assist with minor maintenance and building/equipment care.
• Load/unload trucks, move supplies, and help with grounds tasks.
• Snow removal, lawn care and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Open/close building and secure alarm system; deliver supplies to classrooms.
