Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Custodian GY for a shopping center in Honolulu, HI. This full-time graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM offers a steady schedule and the chance to contribute to a welcoming, clean environment for daytime guests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and follow English instructions, and is willing to perform physical janitorial tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Good public relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, walk paths, and surfaces.
• Clean interior and exterior of the facility with proper equipment.
• Manage trash removal and keep supplies stocked.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety concerns.
• Lift 25–50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
