Qualifications

• Experience leading custodial staff or similar teams.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and SOPs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stable work history with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more groups of staff, schedule work, and ensure quality service.
• Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and inspection records.
• Inspect buildings and address custodial issues per standards and timelines.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and SOPs; manage performance.
• Ensure security of doors, access, and alarms; manage keys and cards.
• Coordinate safety and preventive maintenance as required.
• Respond to client feedback and urgent cleaning needs, including off-shift work.
