Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT to join the night shift team. The ideal candidate will perform CT imaging, assist with CT-guided procedures, and coordinate patient scheduling across inpatients and outpatients.

The role requires ARRT certification, Ohio radiographer license, and CT credentials within a year. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• AHA BLS Certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across multiple settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exams to ensure understanding and comfort.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication under stress.
• Collaborate with CT team, nurses, physicians, and other care staff.
