Job summary

MetroHealth's Radiology Department in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts, with 60 biweekly hours across 5x12hr rotations. Start time is 7p–7a, with weekends every other Sunday.

You will join a CT team handling trauma and acute care imaging, delivering high-quality CT studies and supporting CT-guided procedures. Responsibilities include producing CT images, assisting with biopsies and ablations, coordinating scheduling, and educating patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images in various settings.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and tumor ablations.
• Schedule and coordinate patients for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures, equipment and exams to maintain understanding.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
• Work well independently and as part of the CT team.
