Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology Department in Cleveland, OH is seeking a CT Technologist to join our team for night shifts on a 5x12hr schedule. The role includes CT imaging, IV starts, and assisting with CT-guided procedures, with a start time of 7pm–7am and biweekly 60 hours.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and therapists to deliver high-quality care to trauma, stroke, cancer, and underserved patients in the Greater Cleveland area.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
  • Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
  • ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
  • Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Produces quality CT images in a variety of settings.
  • Assists with CT guided procedures including biopsies and tumor ablations.
  • Patient scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Educates patients regarding procedures, equipment and examinations to maintain understanding and comfort.
  • Works well under stress and with minimal supervision as part of the CT Team.
