Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment in Florida. The role requires ARRT(CT) certification and hands-on experience with Siemens Somatom Definition AS scanners in a radiology/cardiology setting.

Responsibilities include operating in the CT Tech unit, working a 4x10 night schedule (20:30–7:00), and adhering to facility policies. Eligible candidates must have 1 year CT experience, BLS, and be prepared for orientation testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience
• Siemens Somatom Definition AS experience required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Florida license required if applicable
• AHA BLS certification in hand at time of consideration
• One reference required from a direct supervisor, manager, ANM, or director in the specialty

Responsibilities

• Work in the CT Tech unit of a radiology/cardiology department
• Facility utilizes (3) Siemens scanners: Definition AS+, Somatom FORCE, and X.Cite 128
• Night shift schedule, 4x10 hours from 20:30 to 7:00
• EKG and Pharm testing required during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts each and no remediation for re-testing
• Study materials provided ahead of orientation testing
• Facility maintains a strict do-not-call-in policy and is smoke-free
• Travelers are expected to work every other holiday
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with medical or religious exemptions only
• RTO must be discussed during interview and submitted at time of consideration
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem staff cannot return to this facility for 1 year from their previous end date
