Job summary

Tower Health's Phoenixville Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging per established protocol and deliver diagnostic information ordered by physicians.

The role requires knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology, with focus on radiation protection and safety. BLS and ARR T CT credentials are required. On-call rotation and evening hours are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have completed a post-secondary CT program.
• Experience with contrast media administration is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging per established protocol to obtain diagnostic information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Maintain knowledge in radiation protection and safety; prepare and administer contrast media per policy.
• Apply critical thinking and ethical judgment in patient care.
