UPMC Mercy invites applications for a Full-Time CT Technologist in our Night Program, offering a stable schedule and opportunities to work with advanced CT technology in a Level 1 Trauma Center environment.

Two night shifts weekly, rotating weekends, no on-call, with a competitive benefits package including sign-on and loan repayment for eligible grads, plus growth within a renowned hospital system.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of CT experience for Night Program participants.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures with contrast per physician orders, and document imaging data.
• Code and track exams in RIS and network to ISITE for archiving and interpretation.
• Communicate instructions clearly to patients and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to expedite patient care.
• Identify patients using two identifiers and review history before procedures.
