Night CT/Radiology Technologist (PRN)

Job summary

Emerus operates small-format hospitals and is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures at a technical level without constant supervision. You will handle CT and X-ray exams, operate equipment, and ensure results are communicated to the physician on duty.

Responsibilities include patient care, maintaining records, and compliance with policy, CLIA and COLA guidelines. A valid ARRT certification, BLS, and AMA-approved radiology education are required, with CT certification

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology is required.
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing, required.
• CT Certification, preferred; CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market).
• Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians and staff.
• Operate and maintain imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Perform imaging exams in accordance with policies and notify the physician on duty of results.
• Maintain documentation, logs, charts and records in paper and electronic formats.
