Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform CT and X-ray imaging with minimal supervision. You will operate imaging equipment, maintain records, and ensure timely communication of results to the physician on duty.

Requirements include AMA-approved Radiology program, ARRT certification, BLS, and 2+ years in imaging. The role requires travel to facility locations and supports a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, required.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required.
• Associate’s Degree in Radiology, preferred.
• Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state, required.
• CT Certification, preferred; CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market).
• ARRT certification in radiography required; ARRT in CT preferred.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required.
• 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of CT experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of ER experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with X-ray/CT equipment, PACS.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging procedures (CT and X-ray) per established policies.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS.
• Notify physician on duty of results and document findings.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats.
• Travel to facility locations as required.
