Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker in Vermont to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers.

Day shifts focus on stocking, assisting shoppers, and locating items, while overnight shifts prepare for the next day by handling deliveries and resetting displays. You will also move products from the backroom to the sales floor, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, organized work areas across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves during daytime hours and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• Prepare the store for overnight shifts by handling deliveries and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory to keep aisles clean and organized.
• Maintain organization behind the scenes and ensure accurate labeling and product placement.
