Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves filled and the store ready for customers. Day shifts involve stocking, organizing shelves, and assisting shoppers; overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays.

You will also move products from backroom to sales floor and maintain organized backroom areas. We value reliability, attention to detail, and physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or locating items during daytime shifts.
• For overnight shifts, prepare the store for the next day; handle deliveries, stock displays, and reset layouts without customer traffic.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear and shop-ready.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and adhere to stocking processes and safety guidelines.
