Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear communication when assisting customers on the sales floor.
• Placing product accurately on shelves and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Managing workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas.
• Operating pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment following safety guidelines.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining backroom organization.
• Following company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Comfort working varied shifts, including day, evening, or overnight schedules.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize displays to keep the store ready for customers.
• Assist customers with questions or locating items on the floor.
• Work with deliveries and prepare for the next day during overnight shifts.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Lift and move products up to 60 lbs as needed, following safety guidelines.
• Follow store policies and stocking processes to ensure accuracy.
