Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a Stocker, stock products on the floor during the day, organize shelves, and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• As an overnight Stocker, prepare the store for the next day by handling deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays with minimal customer traffic.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clean and shop-ready.
• Handle freight, restock shelves, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
