Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the floor and in backroom to ensure product availability
• Rotate inventory and keep displays clean and well organized
• Assist customers with locating items and answering questions
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and replenish stock
• Maintain clean aisles and follow safety procedures during stocking and deliveries
