Job summary

Overnight shifts involve preparing for the next day, stocking backstock, and resetting layouts while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 lbs, work flexible shifts, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep store ready for customers.
• Assist customers on the floor and help locate items.
• Process overnight deliveries and reset displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain organized work areas.
