Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals.
• Preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food.
• Operating deep fryers, grills, and other large-volume equipment for cooking.
• Ensuring items are well stocked.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Maintaining health and sanitation across the work areas.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
• Ensuring safety standards are maintained.
• Other tasks as directed by management.
